I have been around food and wine most of my life. Born and raised in the Napa Valley, I was trained by the best Chefs in the business. I had many successful years as the owner and private chef of Santa Cruz Gourmet before receiving my Masters Certification in Cucina Italiana over in Italy. I also have two 2nd level sommelier certifications. After Italy I spent a season as the Executive Chef for Moving Mountains Chalets in Steamboat Springs, and then returned to Santa Cruz as the executive chef at Motiv Bistro, formerly the Pearl Alley Bistro.
I am currently the executive chef for Epicurean Group in Los Gatos where I run an entirely all natural, organic, sustainable food program.

Now that it's summertime, I am thrilled to be back in Santa Cruz specializing in custom menu planning for families and events as one of the top Private Chefs in the area.
